Group Therapy (Coming soon!).
Connect, Heal, and Grow Together

About this service
Group therapy provides a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experiences, learn new coping skills, and build connection with others who truly understand what you’re going through. At Redbird Counseling, our groups are designed for adults navigating trauma, substance use, burnout, and life transitions, with a special focus on women and veterans.
Group therapy may be right for you if you:
- Want support while exploring trauma or PTSD in a structured, safe setting
- Are coping with substance use and want to develop healthier strategies
- Feel isolated and crave connection with others who “get it”
- Are looking to practice emotional regulation, boundary-setting, or self-care in community
- Are a woman or veteran navigating life transitions, motherhood, or military-to-civilian adjustment
What to Expect in Group Sessions
Each group session is collaborative and guided by a licensed therapist. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Share your experiences in a safe, confidential environment
- Learn practical tools to cope with stress, trauma triggers, or substance cravings
- Receive support and feedback from peers who understand your challenges
- Explore patterns, develop insight, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others
Groups are structured to balance peer support with therapeutic guidance, so everyone benefits while maintaining a safe, respectful space.
